We, Resolution Copper Mining LLC (“RCML”) respect the privacy of individuals like you. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information we gather and how we use it.

1) What information does this Privacy Policy govern?
When you do business with us or request information concerning RCML, your use is governed by this Privacy Policy.

2) Who is RCML?
Because RCML is a jointly owned company and is managed by Resolution Copper Company, the services (including web services) are provided through Resolution Copper Company, a Rio Tinto plc subsidiary. As such, the actual web services, data collection and storage, and other aspects of the communication and information are handled by certain affiliates of Rio Tinto plc. As such, references in this policy to RCML include Resolution Copper Company and the Rio Tinto affiliates that actually provide the shared web and communications services.

3) What information does this Privacy Policy address?
This Privacy Policy addresses two types of information: (i) personal information and (ii) aggregate data.
Personal information is information about a specific person that could be used to identify that person. Examples of personal information include a person’s name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card numbers, bank account information, and information that tracks or describes the specific person’s activities.
Aggregate data include information about pages viewed by all of our web visitors that is combined so specific individuals cannot be identified. In general, this information is used to process your transaction, respond to your request, and provide communication to you about RCML’s activities and operations.
In addition, our web servers automatically collect information about each visitor who accesses RCML web pages, including your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. The IP address allows us to identify your computer so the web content you request can be sent to you.
We provide portions of aggregate data to various consultants, potential advertisers, news agencies for sales, and to vendors for order fulfillment. In some instances, we use third-party companies to help us provide and improve services to you, to assist us in market research, to manage information from interested persons, to fulfill promotions, or to communicate with you. Some of these companies are given access to some or all of the personal information you provide to us. These companies are contractually restricted from using your information in any manner other than in helping us provide you with products, information, and services from RCML.
We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; governmental inquiries and orders; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RCML, our users, or others.
