Engaging with RCM Stakeholders

Our stakeholders—those individuals and groups external to the company who influence our ability to succeed—deserve open and honest communication about our business approach. These stakeholders include residents and business owners; community and educational leaders from Superior, Arizona, and surrounding areas; civic and environmental organizations; and local, regional and state government officials. We recognize that stakeholder engagement on issues of priority to our company is both ethical and fundamental to our business success.

The following table lists our main stakeholder groups and how we interact with each, including examples of engagement during 2007. Feedback and knowledge gained is then factored into our strategic business planning and communication approach.
