Safety First

Our approach to safety

Nothing is more important to Resolution Copper than the health and well-being of our workforce. Our goal is and will remain zero injuries, occupational illnesses and environmental incidents. Understanding the potential risks and taking steps to prevent them is integral to the way we do business.

Our approach is encompassed in our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Policy which defines our commitment to a safe workplace, standards that promote safety and safety training for all workers. As a condition of employment, we also require that individual employees adhere to HSE practices, applicable state and federal laws and company standards.

Safety commitments are reflected in our annual safety targets. Safety standards across the company are managed through our Health, Safety and Environmental Quality Management System. Line managers are accountable for implementing standards and for ensuring that supporting systems and procedures are in place.
