Building a Stronger Copper Corridor
Every hour counts, and at Resolution Copper, our employees proved just how powerful volunteering can be. In 2024, 116 employee volunteers dedicated 1,358 hours to initiatives across the Copper Triangle. From career fairs to environmental restoration, their efforts left a mark on the community.
Community First:
Being part of the local community is at the heart of everything we do at Resolution Copper. We don’t just operate here—we live, work, and thrive alongside our neighbors. Our commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond our operations, and our Employee Volunteer Program is a testament to that dedication.
Special Impact Projects:
- 250 lbs of trash removed from HWY 60 on Earth Day
- 30 blood donations, helping at least 80 patients
- 400 grief boxes packed for The Boxed Up Project
- 600+ food bags packed for local families
- 30/100 trees planted at Arnett Canyon for habitat restoration
A huge congratulations to our Volunteer Award Winners, who went above and beyond to make a difference. Their leadership and dedication inspire us all.
Every year, our employees pour their time, energy, and hearts into making a difference across the Copper Triangle. From lending a hand at local events to serving on countless boards, commissions, and nonprofits across Arizona, their dedication goes far beyond the workplace. They show up for Superior, Globe, Miami, Kearny, Hayden, Winkelman, and beyond helping to strengthen communities, support essential services, and create a lasting impact. Because for them, it’s not just about giving back—it’s about lifting the places and people they care about most.
