Building a Stronger Copper Corridor

January was a big month for community investment, education, and collaboration at Resolution Copper. Here’s how we kicked off 2025:

✅ Fueling local economic development: We launched the Gila County & City of Globe RED partnerships, providing funding to support regional business growth and workforce opportunities.

✅ Investing in future innovators: Our partnership with Globe Unified School District’s robotics program is now official! We’re proud to support STEM education and hands-on learning for students.

✅ Preserving mining history: We donated a headframe model to the Bullion Plaza Cultural Center & Museum, honoring the rich mining legacy of the Copper Corridor.

✅ Supporting workforce development: The Superior Enterprise Center’s welding program is growing! With the help of our funding and in-kind donations, three new classes are kicking off this semester, including four RC employees.

✅ Engaging in key policy discussions: We participated in the County Supervisor Association Legislative Reception and the 2025 Pinal Partnership Kickoff Breakfast, ensuring that mining, economic growth, and education remain top priorities.

✅ Strengthening education partnerships: We continued our work with Ray Unified School District and joined the Copper Corridor Educational Attainment Working Group Meeting #8 to support regional education initiatives.

In 2024, we invested $4.9 million in our local communities, supporting education, workforce development, and economic initiatives across the Copper Triangle. We’re proud to invest in the future of the Copper Triangle and can’t wait to see the impact of these initiatives in 2025.

January was just the beginning—stay tuned for more as we keep the momentum going. Huge thanks to our employees and community partners for making these initiatives possible.
