Building Stronger Communities Together: December 2025

At Resolution Copper, our mission is to responsibly develop one of the world’s largest copper resources while creating lasting benefits for the communities around us. That means investing in education, supporting local economies, and partnering on initiatives that improve quality of life. Community engagement is not an add-on to our work. It is central to who we are and how we operate.

December was a powerful example of this commitment. From volunteering at food banks and supporting STEM education to celebrating cultural traditions and advancing local projects, our team worked hand in hand with partners to make a real difference.

Education First

We hosted career exploration sessions and mock interviews at local schools, helping students prepare for their futures. Our team also supported robotics programs, including the Superior CopperBots at the Arizona Lego Robotics qualifier and Peralta Trail’s robotics initiatives.

A note of gratitude from Peralta Elementary:

“Thank you for your generous support of our LEGO robotics program. Your donation allowed our students to use the official competition table, team shirts, and the FIRST® LEGO® League UNEARTHED℠ Challenge Set, and it truly made a difference. Because of your support, our students were able to practice, learn, and compete with confidence. Your investment in our students went far beyond equipment. It gave them encouragement, excitement, and a sense that their hard work matters.” – Mr. Sweiss, Bobcat Lego League Coach

Volunteering

Food security remains a priority. In December, employees volunteered at the Superior Food Bank, packed holiday food boxes, and delivered meals to Boyce Thompson apartments. We also rang bells for the Salvation Army in Globe, spreading holiday cheer while supporting a great cause.

Partnerships That Last

We signed a multi-year partnership with United Food Bank to provide sustainable food access for the Copper Corridor and Tribal Communities. This commitment ensures long-term support where it is needed most.

Community and Culture

From sponsoring the LOST Luminaria Hike and cleaning up the Legends of Superior Trail to joining the Superior Christmas Light Parade, we celebrated local traditions and natural beauty. We also marked the groundbreaking of a new basketball court in Cibecue and sponsored the Special Olympics Gila County Copper Cities Cardinals Awards dinner, reinforcing our commitment to community well-being and inclusion.

Every effort, big or small, is making a difference and we are proud to help build stronger communities.
