Volunteering: Making Every Hour Count
126 employees. 1,650 hours. One community.
That’s what impact looks like in the Copper Triangle. This year, our team showed up for food banks, flood cleanups, classrooms, and local events. They gave time, care, and heart. And it mattered.
Community First, Always
We don’t just operate here. We live here. We work here. We raise families here. That commitment drives our Employee Volunteer Program, which encourages hands-on service, strengthens relationships, builds pride, and delivers real impact.
2025 by the Numbers
- 1,650 volunteer hours
- 126 employee volunteers
- 4 community cleanups
- 220+ flood recovery hours in Globe and Miami
- 4 blood drives supporting 118 patients
- $38,000 in scholarships for local seniors
From monthly food bank support and reading days for first graders to career fairs, STEM booths, rodeos, parades, and holiday events, the reach was wide and deeply felt.
At the Superior Food Bank, volunteers packed and delivered food boxes through every season. Patty Ann shared: “Resolution’s volunteers consistently show up with compassion. You can see it in every box packed and every moment given. They remind our community that kindness is stronger than hardship, and that no one must face hunger alone.”
From STEM booths to reading days, employees brought hands-on learning to first graders and high schoolers across the Copper Triangle. They answered questions, shared career paths, and encouraged futures.
Brooke Day at Peralta Trail Elementary said: “We’re so thankful to have this amazing partnership that helps our Bobcat students, families, and educators in such impactful ways. THANK YOU, Resolution Copper!”
And in Superior Unified School District, Valeria Garcia added: “Resolution Copper is a big supporter of our district and students. They provide funding that allows us to expand programs. They’re also the corporate sponsor of the Town of Superior Youth Council, helping build future leaders and employees through business partnerships.”
Volunteers pitched in at the Apache Leap and Prickly Pear Festival, Superior Trunk or Treat, the TOS Christmas Parade, Boxed Up Project deliveries, and local cleanups. They helped host career fairs, present at colleges, support ASU game recognitions, and lend a hand at White Mountain Rodeos.
This is about lifting the places and people our employees care about most. From Superior and Globe to Miami, Kearny, San Carlos, White Mountain, and beyond, the impact continues to grow because our people care deeply and act on it.
