By prioritizing local hiring and partnering with area businesses, we’re helping build a resilient, interconnected economy. To further this mission, we’ve created a local and indigenous supplier portal, making it easier for local businesses to showcase their services and stay informed about upcoming opportunities. Workforce Development Efforts 

Through partnerships with local schools, apprenticeship programs, and targeted training initiatives, we help develop a skilled workforce ready to meet the demands of the mining industry and beyond. By investing in education and hands-on experience, we not only prepare individuals for successful careers but also contribute to the long-term economic health and vitality of our community. 

In 2024, we were proud to be named Provider of the Year by the Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED), recognizing our commitment to sustainability and economic diversification in Superior, Arizona. Through our Regional and Economic Development Strategy, we’ve empowered local businesses, provided workforce training, and enhanced community resilience, all while maintaining over 85% local employment. Our investments in salaries, partnerships, and community initiatives, along with strong collaboration with external partners, have been instrumental in driving economic growth and empowering our team. 

Community Partners 

Resolution Copper is proud to maintain multi-year partnerships with key community stakeholders, including the Superior Unified School District, Superior Chamber of Commerce, Rebuild Superior Inc, the Town of Superior, Globe Unified School District Robotics, Queen Valley Fire Department, and the Superior Fire Department. Our commitment to collaboration extends beyond these partnerships, as we’ve engaged with thousands of individuals, including local leaders, Native American Tribes, NGOs, community organizations, and businesses, to gather valuable input and shape our project. Through hundreds of engagements, including community working groups, we’ve ensured that our initiatives are guided by the voices and needs of the communities we serve.
