Mining has long been a cornerstone of Arizona’s history and at Resolution Copper, we’re proud to carry that legacy forward with Arizona talent, Arizona businesses, and Arizona heart.

Nearly 90% of our workforce lives within 50 miles of the project site. That’s over 400 people today and thousands more in the future, building careers, supporting families, and fueling the local economy. But our impact goes far beyond employment.

Investing in Arizona Businesses
We believe progress is a team effort. That’s why we partner with locally owned companies like Oddonetto Construction, 4-Winds Contracting, and Superior Environmental Solutions. These businesses played a key role in completing a multi-year, $75 million cleanup and reclamation effort at the historic Magma Copper Mine site.

We also work with Arizona-based suppliers like Sturgeon Electric and Cementation, whose critical services help move our project forward while keeping jobs right here in the state.

Building Infrastructure for the Future
Redpath USA is another key partner you’ll see regularly onsite. Together with our Operations & Maintenance team, they’re leading an Asset Health Project in Shafts 09 and 10—upgrading hoist system programming, replacing outdated ropes, and deepening Shaft 09 to over 6,800 feet. These upgrades are essential for safe operations and lay the groundwork for the next phase of mining at Resolution Copper.
