$4.5M Invested in Local Communities in 2025

Together alongside local partners, we invested over 4.5 million dollars to support students, families, communities, small businesses, and the places we all care about in the Copper Triangle region.

The year was full of real moments that changed lives in quiet, meaningful ways. A robotics team getting their first competition kit. Families picking up holiday meals with dignity and relief. Teachers gain new tools for hands-on learning. Tribal youth taking the field with community pride. Volunteers heading home tired and smiling after packing hundreds of food boxes. These moments shaped a year grounded in care and collaboration.

Education at the center

Education anchored our 2025 investment. We supported 1.3 million dollars in programs across the region, helping students and teachers access hands‑on learning from early grades through university pathways.

What schools built with these partnerships

  • Robotics and STEM classrooms
  • Welding and technical programs
  • Makerspaces and outdoor learning
  • Reading and Discovery Days
  • Scholarships for graduating seniors

A few of our partners included Superior USD, Apache Junction USD, Peralta Trail Elementary, Fort Thomas USD, Miami USD, Hayden-Winkelman USD, and Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Every effort focused on one goal: giving young people space to learn, grow, and imagine what comes next.

Strengthening local economies

Communities thrive when local business and workforce pathways thrive. That was the focus behind dozens of 2025 partnerships supporting economic development. We worked with Superior, Globe Miami, and Copper Corridor partners on multiyear agreements that help strengthen business networks, expand training, and bring more resources into the region.

We joined career fairs, helped run mock interviews, and met with students looking for their next step. Regional forums helped us stay involved in policy and planning conversations that shape long term opportunity.

Even the small things mattered. Signs for local trails. Event support for chambers and small business groups. Projects that help towns plan for future growth. These efforts helped build networks and resources that keep communities moving forward.

Supporting families and showing up

Community well being showed up in volunteer hours and basic needs support. Altogether, 124 employees volunteered 1,646 hours. Behind every hour was a person handing out food, setting up a community event, or helping keep a family safe.

Volunteers pitched in at the Apache Leap and Prickly Pear Festival, Superior Trunk or Treat, the TOS Christmas Parade, Boxed Up Project deliveries, and local cleanups. They helped host career fairs, present at colleges, support ASU game recognitions, and lend a hand at White Mountain Rodeos.

Flooding in Globe-Miami brought one of the year’s biggest needs. We contributed a 1‑million‑dollar regional allocation for emergency relief, supporting families as they rebuilt and honoring the work of local firefighters, service organizations, and neighbors helping neighbors.

Deepening cultural partnerships and tribal relationships

A meaningful part of our 2025 community impact came through partnerships with Tribal communities across Arizona. These efforts supported education, health, youth sports, and cultural programs.

Key moments

These relationships are built through respect, time, and continued presence.

Caring for the land and supporting outdoor spaces

The Copper Triangle’s landscapes are central to community life. Our teams and volunteers supported trail improvements, cleanups, Earth Day events, and flood recovery efforts.

Projects like the LOST trailhead construction, the luminaria hike, and STEM programs at Boyce Thompson Arboretum helped people connect with nature and created safe, welcoming outdoor spaces.

Looking ahead

We are proud of what we accomplished together in 2025. But more than anything, we are grateful for the people who made the work possible. Students. Teachers. Community and Tribal leaders. Volunteers. Local nonprofits. First responders. Community partners who bring heart and determination to everything they do.

Thank you for letting us be part of these shared efforts. Thank you for helping shape a stronger future for the Copper Triangle.
