We are confident the court will ultimately affirm the district court’s well-reasoned orders explaining in detail why the congressionally directed land exchange satisfies all applicable legal requirements.

Celebrating Indigenous Youth at NABI 2025

Resolution Copper was proud to return as Presenting Sponsor of the 2025 Native American Basketball Invitational (NABI) — and this year was the biggest one yet. With 204 Native American basketball teams representing over 160 Tribal Nations and competing in more than 500 games, NABI 2025 brought together young Indigenous athletes from across the U.S. for a week of competition, connection, and community.
